Carl – Greasby – Extension and alterations

1. Richard gave us great confidence from our very first meeting, he asked lots of questions and offered advice in order to generate a very detailed quote.
2. Communication throughout the project was exceptional, from regular meetings to quick update phone calls, we always felt like we know what was going on.
3. Tidiness- All of RH builders staff and sub-contractors worked to a high standard of cleanliness and showed great courtesy to both ourselves and our neighbours.
4. Richard did everything he could to ensure that we could continue to live in the property as long as possible during the project.
5. It was easy to be honest with Richard and his team. If there were any issues, they would respond in a timely manner. (we even had a call out late in the evening when we thought there was a gas leak and there were no complaints at all)
6. Richard goes above and beyond. Whilst this has been brilliant for us, this could be an area that you may want to push back on going forward.
