Mr & Mrs Fletcher – Greasby – Single storey extension

We chose RH Builders after a recommendation from a friend who had used them to complete her house extension. We had been to see the work the company had done for her and it was finished to a very high standard, which really impressed us. In addition to this, the quote we received from Richard for our proposed roof replacement and house extension was much lower than the two quotes we had already received from other local companies.

From day one, we were very impressed with Richard’s professional approach to his customers and it is clear when you meet the rest of his team that his influence permeates throughout. All of the team are very engaging with the customer, they work quickly and quietly and are extremely conscientious when it comes to tidying at the end of each day, which is very important when your house is already in temporary disarray!

RH Builders completed our work exactly on time and we are absolutely over the moon with the finished result. NOTHING was overlooked and everything was perfectly finished. Richard himself is extremely particular and on one occasion he insisted that something be redone in our downstairs toilet because he wasn’t happy with the finish- even though myself and my husband were more than happy with it as it was! This is exactly the sort of expertise and service you receive from RH Builders and the reason why we wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future work we may want doing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other potential customers.
